2002
according to the results of V.G. Kislov's research and development, it was decided to introduce mineral coatings that give the surface wear resistance, antifriction properties, corrosion resistance into the production.
2003
the component spectrum on which mineral coatings were used has been expanded. Work on formation of mineral coatings on the control and protection units details of the steam turbine plant of the Kamchatka (Mutnovskaya) geothermal station has been successfully completed. Parts with mineral coatings at the Kamchatka geothermal station have been successfully working without replacement till present.
2005
the Geoenergetika Scientific and Production Association was established, which for the first time in our country is systematically engaged in the development of technology and commercialization of mineral coatings technology.
2007
work with the objects of JSC Mosenergo was successfully completed
2009
a patent for invention No.2421548 dated 20.06.2011 was filed. A way of formation of the combined mineral surface layer on metal parts, protecting them from aggressive environments and with the given tribotechnical properties.
2009
a patent for invention No.84280 dated 10.07.2009 was filed. Device for applying a combined mineral coating.
2009
developments in the technology of mineral coatings were awarded with:
- diplomas of the International Maritime Defence Show IMDS-2009;
- silver medal of the IV World Salon of innovations-2009;
- diploma of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Kaluga Region as the best youth innovation project in 2009
2010
developments in the technology of mineral coatings were awarded with:
- gold medal of the Archimedes-2010 XIII Moscow international salon of inventions and innovative technologies;
- medal and diploma of the High technologies of the XXI century -2010 11th international forum.
2010-2013
the Russian-German project - Development of mineral coatings for the surfaces of mating pairs of turbine and pumping equipment parts was successfully completed in cooperation with the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing BAM (Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und prüfung), Germany. R&D is funded by the Russian innovation development Fund.
2013-2015
the Russian-Finnish project - Local marking of metal objects for authentication and identification was successfully completed in cooperation with "Idsens Oy". R&D is funded by the Russian innovation development Fund.
2014
establishment of LLC Research and production center Technologies of mineral coatings and its registration. Creation of the SPC SMT had the following three main goals:
- Commercialization of the original local technology for creating wear-resistant and anti-friction coatings for mating pairs operating in a corrosion environment;
- Scaling of technology and its improvement;
- Scientific research of surface properties of metals modified by ultra-dispersed mineral particles and operational tests of parts with mineral coatings.
In the same year, the company prepared a development project and a project for commercialization of mineral coatings services.
2015
the Auger-type centrifugal pump patent was filed, the authors are Ankudinov A.A., Gusev V.I., Kislov V.G., Kislov S.V. Patent for invention No. 2564735, application No. 2013132067, Registered in the Public Register of Inventions of the Russian Federation dated 09.09.2015, patent holder - LLC Geoenergetika Scientific Production Association.
2015
the company became a member of the Skolkovo project with the Development of an energy efficient technology of increasing the resource of parts, units and mechanisms in various industrial parts project .
The company's employees have successfully completed a project to develop mineral coatings technology together with the Foundation for the Development of Innovation and a Finnish company.
2015 – 2020
the number of regular customers of SPC SMT includes several large industrial enterprises, including, such as:
- JSC Kaluga turbine factory - a power engineering company JSC Power machines;
- JSC Mosenergo - a holding company of LLC Gazprom energy holding;
- JSC Nizhny Tagil iron and steel plant - EVRAZ holding;
- JSC Oskolsky electrometallurgical plant - Metalloinvest holding;
- JSC Rostov electrometallurgical plant - branch of JSC Zheldorremmash;
- JSC Niznie Sergi hardware steel plant -Sort division - NLMK Group;

The first orders for European industrial enterprises (Impreglon, Bosch Gotthard Hutte, Mannesmann, SMS Meer GmbH, etc.) have been completed, which are currently being tested in operational conditions.
