SPC Mineral coating technologies (NPO "Geoenergetika") has carried out several research and development works on the development of mineral coating technology:

  • 2011-2013, Federal State Budgetary Institution "Fund for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology", Research and Development "Development of mineral coatings for friction pair surfaces of turbine and pumping equipment parts", Russian-German project in cooperation with the Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM);
  • 2013-2015, Federal State Budgetary Institution "Fund for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology", Research and Development "Local Marking of Metal Objects for Authentication and Identification", Russian-Finnish project together with the Finnish foundation "Tekes" and the Finnish company "Idsens Oy".
  • In 2012-15 mineral layer studies were conducted jointly with the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics of the National Research University Higher School of Economics:
  • "Conducting comparative tests to assess the wear resistance of the threaded connection of tubing and compressor pipes";
  • "Investigating the mechanical properties of the bushing surface, after applying the mineral coating";
  • "Determining the wear resistance of coatings in sliding friction".
