One of the Technology of mineral coatings SPC LLC and Geoenergetika SPO LLC founders. Organizer of development and implementation of wear-resistant anti-friction mineral coatings technology in various industrial spheres.

One of the ideologists and main introducer of mineral coating technology, research practitioner in the field of tribology, author (co-author) of patents on mineral coating technology; head of the Kaluga turbine plant research laboratory. He was awarded with the 300 years of the Russian fleet medal, the Engineering Glory of Russia diploma, member of the High Council of Engineers of Russia.

Graduated from the Leningrad State University department of physics, 1986, the Academy of National Economy of the Russian Federation Government, specialty - Management of modern organizations, 2008; candidate of physical and mathematical Sciences, 1996; PhD HSE, 2018. Author (co-author) of more than 100 scientific publications, including in journals indexed by WoS and Scopus (quartiles of journals Q1, Q2, Q3). He works as a docent at the Department of Economics and Management of the RANEPA Kaluga branch. He is a member of the Editorial Board of the Management of science: theory and practice journal, Moscow, Federal scientific-research sociological center of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
