Types of coating
We have developed and implemented in production in various friction pairs with confirmation of their performance by bench tests at the enterprises-manufacturers of power equipment and operation at the facilities of power engineering and navy the following types of mineral coatings:
- MWC — Wear-resistant combined mineral coating - carried out on protective bushings of shafts (jackets), running on water-based lubrication.
- MWAC — Antifriction coating - is performed to reduce friction and create anti-seize properties on shafts, rods, bushings, gearing and other parts.
- MACR —Antifriction mineral coating with increased corrosion resistance - is performed to reduce friction when friction pair works in an ¬aggressive environment (salt spray, hydrogen sulfide vapor, etc.).
- MWACT — Wear-resistant antifriction mineral coating for titanium alloys - used on parts made of titanium alloys, working in conditions of high friction.
